The Wellness Society has also developed a free Coronavirus Anxiety Workbook that includes many evidence-based treatment strategies for coping with anxiety and mood difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Additionally, a free app called COVID Coach (iOS, Android) is available to support self-care and overall mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the app was developed by the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), it was created for everyone, not just veterans or service members. More information about the app can be found here.

- Create structure (e.g., schedule the day, set aside a particular space for work or homework)
- Build resilience (e.g., eat and sleep healthy, self-care, social contact within the limits allowed by safe social distancing)
